@Mike Jacovelli in my opinion, you should keep your goals between you and those who both understand your goals and motivate you and hold you accountable by assessing your actions. They should know what your end goal is and know you are open to their feedback about your approach and if it is helping you reach your goals or not. Shouting your goals and aspirations to the world does no good.

A tenant would like to add her boyfriend to the lease. I pay trash and sewage. Do I raise rent for the additional tenant? And should I add this person to the lease or simply approve them moving in?

@Brian Ellis I will ask my lender about options. He pre-approved me for the max FHA at this point and didn't mention other options for low down payments. Thanks for the tip!
