I used to work at KW the split is lower than EXP and I have received way more training than I did at KW… 

I would recommend getting a good mentor or listening to Craig proctor, and learning a script before calling people so you know how to talk and get to the info that is needed, so you aren't wasting your time!

It isn't necessary at all, plus with the time and money associated with keeping your license I wouldn't recommend it just for house hacking
