I’m assuming that’s for rent. You won’t be cash flowing 1300 a month.
For a 70k realistic cash flow is $300/mo after all expenses. I’d highly advise you to do more research and build a team before going into a market like Cleveland.

I have 70k dollars to buy an investment house in cleveland. Are any of you investing there? if so. Can you tell me where I can get a decent home at that price for cashflow. I've done some research but Cleveland is big. any thought of where should i invest. thanks for your response and god bles
