Thanks everyone! I do understand it, I was mainly checking to see if it's standard to have it reviewed. Appreciate the advice!

Hi BP community! I'm excited to report that I've identified a buyer's agent that I want to work with to find my first property. I want to sign an Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Agreement with him, for the benefits to both of us discussed elsewhere on these forums. It seems like a relatively standard agreement, but I'm wondering if I should have an attorney review it first?
My gut after reading it is to sign it, but I don't want to make a mistake on my first contract in this process in case there is something to be careful of. Appreciate advice on whether this is necessary.
Thanks!
