@Jacob Sloop That's a good looking flip!  Lots of work, but it looks like it paid off.

@David Braut Kevin Obal at ABNB FCU is also a good option for commercial lending. They’ve been very good to me.

@Jarvis Brown another option is to use Hard Money to buy a rehab, fix it up, and cash-out refinance after the seasoning period into a commercial loan product. Many local banks and credit unions have a commercial lending division that can lend sometimes up to 80% of value. I use the ICBA app to find them.

@Jarvis Brown a really good resource for learning the wholesaling side of the business would be @Shawn Bowen. He runs a Facebook group, and also has a website where he provides training for wholesale real estate.
