I'm new to BP and looks like a great site for investors to share and bounce ideas off each other. I see a lot of people who know a lot about investing and have factual information and ideas to share and looking forward to being a part of it.

I'm a Real Estate Broker and have been licensed 10 years, since I was 19. I have a ton of knowledge of real estate and types of investing. My husband and I own 3 rental houses and I'm looking to expand into flipping and wholesaling.

I know the concept of these types of investing, I'm just looking for recommendations on where to start first and finance options:

Wholesaling: recommendations on taking the first step or two?

Flips: recommendations on private investors that don't cost an arm and a leg?
