Hey @Drew Curtin, good to connect with you. I occasionally get requests to manage commercial and love to have a referral source. I used to own a large SFR management company I sold to Evernest in 2019 and I manage a Kroger SC and a set of retail condo suites for a client now but it isn't my thing. I would like if you ever need a licensed GC to do renovations/Tenant Improvement projects I have a group for that.
