Hi. I wanted to know if anyone has partnered with Regus to convert their building into a Regus coworking space.

I want to know the good, the bad, the ugly.

Hello everyone I am a RE rookie and I wanted to know what is the best way to find a good property manager.

Goal is to have 10-15 units in the next year.

How soon do you think RE will match the decline of stock market in lieu of the Coronavirus outbreak?

Hi. We have bought a townhome in King of Prussia, PA and it is under construction right now.

We need contractors to do a walk through with us in the model home to give us quotes and timeline for renovations I and my wife are looking to make in our home.

@Brandon Cohen Thanks for the info.

How much appreciation did the properties see between 2008-2013?

Just trying to decide the markets I want to consider for investing in the upcoming downturn.

Hello Guys!

For those of you who are seasoned investors in Manhattan, do you guys love it or would you rather invest elsewhere?

With recession supposedly looming, will a downturn be good time to invest in Manhattan for a rental property?

What’s the :

1. average profit margin

2. cap rate

3. Pitfalls

4. Appreciation over 10 year period

I looked at few properties and the HOA seems outrageous!!!

I will appreciate any feedback from seasoned players 🙏

@Jack Orthman Thanks for the insight. You are right. No one has a crystal ball but there are certainly strong indicators for a crash.

I have been looking at a lot of deals. I will post the numbers here and tag you to learn from you.

But I would probably need to know a lot about how to manage such a big property and all the logistics.

Hello Alina. Thank you for your response!

I am planning to be a passive investor in those bigger properties by employing the management company. I will look into the books you recommended to make sure I know all aspects of business even though I will be  passive.

Thanks again!

Hey guys. I live in Philly and have never invested in RE before.

I have been listening to BP podcast for about 8 months almost every weekday to work(45 min).

I feel that I have enough fundamental knowledge about RE investing.

I have a business that gives me very good income with which I can afford to invest around $200k every year and can do $300k as initial investment.

After listening and reading about different asset classes, I think I am specifically interested in:

1. Large apartment complexes with 20+ units

2. Self storage facilities

What resources do you recommend for me to familiarize myself with major aspects of those two investment types? I want to educate myself deeply over next 6 months so I am ready to invest wisely when the downturn arrives.

Thank you!
