@Kyle Debiase I've used NREIG for my rental insurance. Im in the process of launching two of my own STRs so I havent begun to shop yet but I just reached out to my rep to ask. I have huge clients that we manage for so I will also ask who they use. I'll get back to you once I know :)

@Kyle Debiase The average stay in AC is 3-4 nights. During the off-season, you may get long-term stays of 30+ days. I would keep shopping around

Hey @Kyle Debiase! You will need STR insurance to run one in AC. You will need proof when you submit all of your documents for your rental permit. If you have any specific questions about the market in AC or want to get into the numbers let me know!

Flood insurance is a requirement for anything in AC if it isn't raised and you are mortgaging it. So I would get a homeowners policy that will have an STR inclusion & flood. Im here if you need anything else!

Hey @Alex Imbrogno ! Congrats on the beginning of your journey. Atlantic City is prime like everyone is saying, there are certain parts of AC that are best for the STR plays. We should jump on a call to discuss further and see where the journey takes you!

@Kyle Debiase congrats on your journey and to follow @Joseph Guzzardi Jr & @Yonia B. sentiment, we are also very bullish on AC. I've been telling everyone about AC since 2017, I was almost laughed out of the room every time back then! I have investments in AC which are all long term but short term will be coming online very soon. Im a local so I know the area well, I'm also a property manager that runs a ton of airbnbs and long term rentals. If you need any advice, help, guidance im here for you!

@Yonia B. Hey! We should schedule a phone conversation to discuss the market in AC. I can shed some light on what is truly happening and potential plays for your quadplex! Let me know!
