@Troy Fisher is right. You have to find the deals. it's harder for sure since the MLS is picked over out here. I'm getting .7/.8 in Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace.

Hey Nghi, did you find a bank doing the helocs you wanted?  I got one through U Village Key Bank for my second rental.

Are you still going to the MLT meetups?  I missed the one yesterday.  Looked like it was going to be packed.

Hi @Joemade Scott Carter you should check out listsource.com.  You'll have to pay for your lists, but it comes home owners names, and there's a lot more things you can filter on.  Just started playing with it myself.  Good luck and welcome.
