Hi Rohit,

I also just started posting recently. I am a loan officer licensed in Ohio with Carrington Mortgage Services. We are a nation wide lender and mortgage servicer and we have a "Near Prime" program specifically for investment properties. We service millions of dollars in loans and this program has no limit on the number of properties you can finance so scaling with you as you grow your business would be no problem at all.

If you'd like more information feel free to pm me or email me at [email protected]

Thanks,

Kyle Johnston

Hi Alexander,

I'm by no mean an expert, actually closer to the opposite, but I wanted to congratulate you on your project, I hope to follow behind you in the near future. I am from the area so what feedback I can provide is that it really depends on the neighborhood you're in. Baltimore can go from 300-400k townhouses to bars and boarded up windows in a couple of streets. To me what will really determine whether you overdid it or not is if you're able to get the rent that matches the quality of work you did. If you can then I'd say you're in the clear.

Hi Shane,

I'm in a very similar situation to you, just started my career as a loan office and I've also been watching from the sideline for the past few months. It seems like we have very similar goals in mind so if you want to message me we can talk more about it. I'm excited to meet anyone and everyone I can in the area whose interested in real estate!
