I'm wondering if anyone has done a subject to closing in Oregon and how thats worked for them?

I have a potential deal where a subject to closing could help get the deal done but unsure how I would be able to pay off their loan eventually and put it in my name.

Also wondering about logistics of it and what legal pitfalls there may be.

@Aubrey E Alleyne

I got a quote from Kin for a good price, but that's after I replace the roof.

I asked around and just got a quote for 3500 before I replace the roof, which is doable for a month.

Hey BP community,

I have a home under contract in Daytona Beach, FL. It's old, has an old roof, and close to the ocean. Apparently a trifecta to ensure I pay as much for an insurance premium as possible.

Does anyone know a good insurance company that insures higher risk homes for a good price?

@Kyler J Sloan

I agree with Russell, your agent should have a good inspector and be able to schedule it for you. If you are worried about it, it's not unheard of to find your own though, I find Google very helpful when trying to find a highly rated professional.
