@David Pulido there are certainly brokers who connect the buyer and lender on flips. Not sure how much they make, but something to consider is this question:
Once you make the introduction, how can you get repeat business from the flipper (buyer)?

It could be challenging since they'll now have that lending connection. If you go this route, be sure to start building a robust network so that you can always help flippers shop rates and trust you from deal to deal. Good luck!

@Bruce Ng unfortunately, a lender isn't incentivized to complete this process quickly, so it's probably on the back burner-- they'd rather get a new loan at today's interest rate rather than let you keep a lower rate from the past.

Might be worth checking out Roam to see if they could help you expedite it (they do charge a fee so definitely weigh the pros and cons).

@Saurabh Kukreja, I've never just invested in parking spots, but it seems like more of a cash flow opportunity than anything else. Consider exploring this in combination with buying a house/condo with multiple parking spots deeded to it. That way, each could become its own asset even if you wanted to sell one or the other in the future.

@Jesse Bennett I haven't tried this yet, we use a real estate agent which gives us access to everyone on the local MLS. Keep me posted if you try this method!
