Hey I'm a Novice Wholesaler In Va  I have a lot of leads when it comes to properties but running dry when it comes to buyers, what can I do online to attract more buyers, Its like I'm sitting on deals here :(

I have a property it's a 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom in Great Livable Condition This home is historic & needs a few repairs 5-10k owner just divorced asking price is $110,000 The comps in the area are from $140,000 to $178,000 and it's sold as is and I can't find any buyers , what else can I do to get my $3,000 profit

If I don't have under contract I can find it I'm in Rocky mount NC , anybody can help me with me marketing tips or ideas
