Hello everyone! My name is David. I'm married and have a one year old daughter. I started listening to the BP podcasts a couple months ago and got hooked! Since then I have been gaining knowledge from this fantastic site. I currently have no experience in real estate. My short term goal is to purchase a duplex next year in the Inland Empire area.
