Im interested in learning how to buy properties via online auctions, can anyone with experience explain the process? I see properties on auction.com starting at 100 bid. They can possibly be selling for that cheap can they? Do you have to pay for those auction properties with cash or can you finance with a private lender? How can you tell what condition the property is in? Any input would be great!

I have some experience with purchasing real estate(i purchased two investment  properties a few years ago) but now i wanted to look into house flipping. I specifically wanted to find out if anyone here has experience with online auctions and how that process works. On auctions.com i see the bids start at $100 but i cant imagine a house selling for that cheap. What happens during these auctions?

I have bought two investment properties in the past the conventional way but now i would like to look into a private lender or private investor for financing. I dont know much about private lenders. Can someone explain how the process works? Sounds like you get the loan with the private lender then you refi?

Also, if anyone knows of any private lenders in the orlando, fl area can you recommend? I dont know if they necessarily have to be local.

Im exited to be a part of this forum! I am looking to become a real estate investor i specifically in online auction properties. I bought two investment properties a few years ago the traditional way but now im looking to get experience with online auctions. Id also like to learn more about how to purchase using a private investor and how that process works.
