@George Blower. Its with Nuview. Problem is the banks dont have much experience with this. You have to really dig to find one with experience opening the checking acct in the name of the 40lk

hi everyone, thanks for your responses. Yes, my plan provider did provide some direction on what to tell the bank but they still didnt know what i was talking about. After my third call to a wells fargo branch sounds like i may have found one that has experience with it. Waiting for a call back. But if this one doesnt pan out, im back to the drawing board trying to find a wells fargo bank who knows how to do this.

I have a self directed solo 40lk for which i am the plan administrator. I am looking to open a checking account in the name of the solo 401k so i can have check writing ability. Im told Wells fargo can open this type of checking acct but ive called several branches and they dont know what im talking about.

Has anyone successfully opened a solo 401k checking acct at a wells fargo in the orlando area? If so which branch and who did you speak to?

Hello!

I am an investor in the orlando area. I currently have 3 buy and hold properties but im looking into learning land flipping and getting properties and land via tax deed auctions.  I am looking for a seasoned investor that would be willing to mentor/train me on how to vet a good land or property deal from these tax deed auctions. I also need some help with deciphering what some of the documents mean from the county appraiser site and clerk of the court.  I know where to do the research but i have a hard time understanding what it all means . With the language used in the docs, it is hard to determine what has transpired.

hi @kim, i just looked at your website, i see you are a property manager. I currently manage my own prooerties but right now i only have 3. I do use a management company to place new tenants though so maybe we can talk about that. Also perhaps you are more knowledgable about the areas surrounding orlando and which areas are good areas vs bad areas

Hi @Brad Young. Yes that would be great. Right now i work with a wholesaler to get properties that need rehab but im currently also learning how to acquire them on the auctions. Are you flexible or do you have specific days of the week/times that are good?

Im currently in need of a contractor to do the rehab for flips and also in need of a knowledgable realtor of the orlando area and surrounding areas to give me a rundown of property values, area growth and other info on the areas im looking at.
