Curious if anyone does wholesale w/o direct mail. I.E. create list, call and follow up skipping the more expensive mailing pieces. Thanks in advance!

What is the best way to pull these lists? I know each state has a different set up, but is it just that much simpler to use Propstream.com or something along those lines or am I missing a simple approach to getting the county clerk to share a list/allow me to pull a list? Thanks all.

I've never actually used Propstream, but I know a couple of investors who have had success with it. It's got more features than ListSource for sure, but the data isn't as accurate/up-to-date. Whereas ListSource is super accurate, and they update their records daily.
