Does anyone use Tenant Cloud for their actual bookkeeping as well? Would appreciate any thoughts on that topic vs. Quickbooks, Excel, etc. Thanks all.

I've used Tenant cloud for about a year now. Pretty easy in terms of setting up and collecting rent

My thought process is buying Tax Liens and if they are paid off quickly, maintain the ability to invest in stocks until the next Tax lien sale. I should've included more detail-was looking at a Fidelity business checking account so I would have the option. Thoughts? Thanks all!

I spoke with Brian Eastman who is on BP forum and Advanta who I learned about from the Forum. Both have some great options.

In Indiana, I am curious how folks see the value of investing in Tax Liens outside an IRA. The interest rate is 10% in the first 6 months and 15% from after six months to 1 year. Don't your profits get largely reduced due to taxation outside a tax shelter/IRA? Thanks
Post: REFI will I need to "Re-do" the quitclaim to LLC?

When I originally purchased a rental home, I quitclaimed it to my LLC. I have subsequently refinanced in my name. The point of the LLC to some extent was protection. Do I quitclaim back into the original LLC or create new LLC as folks could follow chain of title pretty easily. Any experienced commentary greatly appreciated. Thanks.
