welcome!  Check rentometer for local rents by number of bedrooms and zip to get an idea for what you can rent and then look up pictures of local rentals to get an idea of the quality at that price point. You want to be careful and be clear on your intentions, while you might like stainless and granite if you are going to rent out your unit at some point, you may not get the value out of those investments unless you're at the right rent.
