Welcome to BP, Matt Hickok . I love Central FL. I get down there (from the Milwaukee area) each spring for the Sun-N-Fun air show/fly in at Lakeland. Not too far from you. Be sure to see it some day, if you haven't already. Good luck with your 2015 RE goal!

Thanks Brandon. I will do that - I just didn't want to take up a slot that would prevent someone else from attending, since I knew the time wouldn't work for me. 

Can't wait to see the library of past webinars once you get the place for them. Thanks for all you do to make the BP community thrive!

Hi Tim,

Welcome. You and I have similar goals - I turned 50 this year, so retirement is a priority. SFH or small multi's for me. I live in the Milwaukee area, and hope to retire somewhere south (warmer). ;-) Maybe SC or FL.
