If you had capital to invest or spend, who would you trust to spend money on a mentor?

Since I posted this I have talked to several members that do their own cost segregation and have never been audited. I am interested in doing single family homes and people tell me it is not cost effective to hire someone to do each individual house.

Charity, I look forward to what you and others have to offer. I just have a fortunate situation where I have all the time in the world, Capital and access to capital. The only missing piece is what I don't know about creative financing and what they dont teach you in brokers classes or any other school for that matter.

Does anyone have recommendations for a one on one mentor that can teach me beyond  the basics such as purchase option, owner financing, subject to investing, etc? I am willing to pay good money to someone that is legitimate but do not want to just throw good money to someone that cannot live up to their claims.
