go to your local bank or credit union and tell them you want to build up your credit.
- tell them to let you borrow $1,200 and tell them to put the money in an account that you can only use it to repay it. That way it will be a guarantee to them because they have a lock on the money you borrowed.
- using the money in the account and pull the interest out of your pocket make all 12 payments.
do this several times and your credit score will keep going up.

Agents must present all offers. Solve this easy; tell the agent that you will file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission if he or she doesn't present it. What he or she is doing is illegal and being a broker myself it is no easy task to become one much less if it someones livelihood. Be firm about it and also fill out an addendum that the offer expires in 48 hours. That way after two days the broker should have an answer for you and tell that broker that you intend to follow up with the owner (seller) to make sure they got the offer.

I was an investor for several years and just recently obtained my RE license. My main benefits are;
- You dont have to bother with another Realtor to go look at houses or make offers.
- Gives you credibility from the public's perspective.
- Taking the course and passing the exam takes dedication and time but is worth it to give you a good foundation.
- What I love best of all it saves you on commission since you are the buyers agent and eventually may want to become a broker-in-charge and save all of the commission on your side. I have bought over $250,000 in SFH in the last year and that alone would have saved me $7,500.00. Well worth it in my case especially now that I am looking at 1M MFP with a 10% commission rate.
