@Joe Nguyen- They are all doing well. They have appreciated nicely over the past 5 years and rents have also gone up. They are all long term rentals. My daughter and her husband have an airbnb that has been booked solid.

Yes we have 3 condos and 1 town home. My daughter has a rental and her inlaws have 2, one is an airbnb. We are long distance landlords and use Priority One to manage. I have a lot of posts on it if you want to read them I think you can do a search. In a nutshell, Lynchburg is an awesome place to invest and now is the time if you want to get in early on the upcoming appreciation . So many good reasons to invest there.

We have 4 rentals in Lynchburg and know the market. I do not think prices are going to go down in Lynchburg. Remember all Real Estate is local and even if this is a bubble, which I do not think it is, I think that prices in Lynchburg stabalize over the next couple of years but do not come down. I think they will continue to go up, not at the same meteoric price however. I would not expect to get in cheaper. Lots of buyers are going the Airbnb route which is absolutly crazy hot in Lynchburg. Town has many strong businesses and industries as well as colleges.

Hello ,
We have 4 rentals in Lynchburg,we are out of state investors living in MD. We think Lynchburg is an amazing place to invest. Lots of industries, Colleges, and the prices are low enough that there is room for some nice appreciation. Lots of revitalization on the riverfront. We have a great realtor and a good property management team if you need anyone like that.

We live in MD but have 4 rental properties in Lynchburg. Very happy with these! We own 3 condos in CornerStone area and a townhouse in Wyndhurst. We use Priority One property management and have been happy with them. Mickey Herzing is our realtor and First Bank and Trust is our lender. It has been a good place to do some long distance rentals. Our daughter and her husband live there and we are planning to retire there in a couple of years and continue to invest in Rentals and Airbnb type properties.
