Hi! I technically live in Woodland Park but we share a zip code with Little Falls so it comes up as that on BP. I'm interested in BRRR- a new term I read on a BP blog post the other day! Buy-Rehab-Rent-Refinance with multi-family properties. I'm looking to buy my first duplex late Spring as an owner occupant in one unit.

Marc Bodinger Right now I'm just trying to learn as much as possible and haven't set my mind on a particular market so exploring other areas in definitely an option. I've done some research but I feel like picking an area is one of the hardest parts!

I've been interested in real estate for many years now but have decided recently to really start learning. I don't have any properties yet but am interested in buy and hold multifamily properties and look forward to taking the big step next year or so.

I found Bigger Pockets through RealEstateInYourTwenties.com (thanks Brandon Turner!) and am so excited about all of the information and resources here.
