Rehab existing structure or tear it down and start over with 4 new dwellings. Lot size is 90 by 125 deep zoned R4.
Existing structure is uninhabited and does not have utility service. 4 units all 1/1. 2 downstairs, 2 upstairs.
Currently getting a survey to be rcorded with surveyors office paid for by sellers.

Guys, please refer to the first and second rules of Fight Club. If you can't tell what market is profitable and what isn't, I ain't tellin'! Either way, if it doesn't meet your buisiness model, then don't buy it. What works for one person doesn't work for someone else.

hi Colorado, I need someone to take a look at an outlet in Pueblo for me. Does anyone know a qualified person? This could be a reputable company or a licensed, insured individual taking on their own work.
Thanks!
