I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I am happy the owner is setting up and helping you out in this situation!

Welcome @Ivan Touevski! Good luck with your first investment. I agree with @Taz Zettergren about the southern/middle part of the country as it is extremely important, in my opinion, to get into landlord-friendly markets.

Hi Joey! Welcome to BP! Good luck with your first investment.

I have invested in Memphis and from my experience there are no complications.

Congratulations! The first step is the hardest.

You should also take a look at Little Rock, Arkansas. Little Rock has experienced steady population growth over the years, which can create increased demand for housing. A growing population often leads to higher demand for real estate, making it an appealing market for property investors seeking potential rental income or property appreciation.

San Antonio is a great market for an investor to get into! San Antonio is known for its relatively lower cost of living compared to many other major cities in Texas. This affordability can make it an attractive location for renters, particularly for those seeking a balance between quality of life and cost. The city has been experiencing consistent population growth, which often translates to increased demand for housing. San Antonio has experienced steady economic growth, fueled by a diverse economy including sectors such as healthcare, military, tourism, manufacturing, and an overflow from the Austin market.
