Thanks Jackie! I'm actually a Realtor myself...makes investing a lot easier for me but I would definitely appreciate your thoughts on investor friendly title companies.

I'm really glad a fellow investor sent me a link to Bigger Pockets - don't know how I haven't stumbled on it over the years. My husband and I have been doing rehab & sell deals for about 10 years. We're ready to kick it up a few notches and do more rehabs, as well as accumulate rentals. Now's the time and we are both completely over being someone else's employee! I'm excited about the momentum we're starting to generate and looking forward to going full time within a year.
