Post: Multi-Family House Hacking Opportunity in Denver!

Hi all! We are beginning to offload a few properties from our portfolio in preparation for some other investment opportunities and would love to work with a fellow BP Investor.
We currently have a duplex located North of 6th Ave, between Sheridan and Tennyson. The plan is to split the duplex into two separate properties, enabling them to be sold together or separately. Each unit has two entrances, providing a good setup for a house hack where the owner could live upstairs, and rent the downstairs.
Feel free to DM me for more details on the property!
Happy investing :)

Hi,@John Vang! Welcome to our community! I work with the Marketplace team for BiggerPockets out in Colorado and manage about 15 doors for my family. Once you're ready to get started, the "find an agent" tool is an excellent place to begin.

For me, it's the unpredictability of what rates will do and building up a significant down payment!
