Morris, thats great info, special about the marketing budget of $500.

Question: How did you break down that $500 for your market start up...

OK Jon we are on same page now, so how can i bring in friends and family into my business if they don't know about wholesaling property, do i educate them on the basic steps to make them comfortable about their investment?

Credit card cash advances, wow i thought people suppose to stay away from that, interest too high

Thank you Jon and Eric,

To Jon: As a wholesaler why would you need anyone to "invest into your projects"?

Answer: I'm starting with no money well just say a little funding of my own to market each month to bring in leads my budget is 500 for now, but will increase as i go. I figuring the more support the more chances you get for a better deal.

To Eric: Before you get too excited these are not easy deals to put together because of the multiple moving parts

what do you mean about multiple moving parts?

Hello Everybody, quick question

How can a new wholesaler have investors or others invest into your projects without stressing them out because you’re just starting out and wholesaling properties is new to them?
