I do believe times will get rough but not to the point that our currency dies .. Although the dollar is losing value I can't seeing it dying ..

I do believe times will get worse ... Bread and milk will raise in prices gas will go up ... Do you have advice on books of videos I can see that lead you to your conclusion . I truly want to educate myself in this topic . Everything I have read or watch has lead to me to the conclusion of hyperinflation .. I want to see both angles so I can prepare myself for the years upon us !!!!

Do you believe in hyperinflation??Seems like every where i turn I'm hearing this word ... It's a very scary word  sounds like a horror movie . Guess the government  are the ones with the mask ,.. Lol :) 
My question is do u believe in hyperinflation  .. If you do how are you preparing for it ???

Me myself I do believe the gap between the rich and poor is increasing everyday . !!!! 

I wholesale because it a Great way of meeting people  and learning the inside of real estate .. People can make a living wholesaling . I am more Instrested in connections then money at this point ..  My goal is to become a  active real estate investor .. I am  more Instrested in cash-flow then capital gains ...  Wholeslaing is more of a capital gains thing.. 

@ Jimmy  Florida is like the wholesaling capital of the world . I'm so  shocked at how everybody makes money over there with so much competition all the "gurus " are from over there ...

How can I fix my credit ... I don't know what my credit I know that's very sad for a 23 year old not to know .. I have never owned a credit card or used my credit in any way . I want to start purchasing some houses cash and from the bank.. I am really looking to start my credit . What should I do ??

Today i showed a house to one of my cash buyers .. The house is rented out to some tenants th .. My cash buyer likes the property and he is going to purchase it.The only aspect he didnt like was the tenants he said he wants to remove the tenants when he purchase the house .. My question is what is the process you go through when you purchase a house that rented out to tenants? Do they lose there right to rent when the property is sold ?? I am very instrested to know ..

I am a newbie to the real estate game.. I am currently focused in wholesaling because its one of the easiest real estate niches to get into .. I have some capital and i am considering investing in houses to rent out my question is does anybody know what are the regulations for the section 8 program in South Jersey .. i am going to be focusing on low income houses in urban nieghborhoods , I think section 8 is the best way to go
