Looking to buy a duplex with a commercial property and a 2 bedroom unit .. The seller have had this property listed for 1year and 1/2 started at 258 they reduce aBout 6 months ago to 190 I lowballed them
At 140 they felt offended counter offered at 170 I said ok made sense for me .. then when the realtor became aware I had my own realtor he says the people pushed back and want 180 I said ok now he says they want 188 and they considering going up to 200 ( huh) I'm considering walking away from the deal I wanted the property to open a restaurant but this realtor is becoming difficult and he is a joke

Currently looking some upcoming sheriff sales when I click details it gives a number and in the description it says (approx upset ) what does that men's is this the money owed on the property ??

was driving around a area my buyers lie investing in found a good looking vacant property look up the tax records said owner lives in property but it's definitely vacant . What website are good to found out more information about the owner ???

what websites are good to track information on a potential motivated seller .. When I look at the tax record of the property it said the owner lived in the house but it's definitely vacant . So now I'm trying to find info on the owner what website is good ?

me and my partners are set to close on a property on hubzu in a couple of weeks after reading the contrAct .. There was section we became very uncomfortable with it states if any tax liens of installments on the property it will be transferred form seller to buyer ... Anybody know how I can found out if there tax liens besides a title search
I been using Google voice as my answering service but it seems like a lot of my calls are not coming through I was looking to switch over to a new service any suggestions ...?????

Read some your post . Camden is a loss cost if you where to send me the adress I will go down to city hall and talk to them and see if the city will come up some kind of payoff amount for that debt I mean they have to realize 75k in tax debt there not getting that but if they drop it to 8-10k and you would let me get the house free and clear and I just pay the taxes then my friend that makes sense but knowing how dumb city hall is in Camden that will be a long shot .. It will makes sense for them
To work on this but they won't if the house is in fair view -east Camden -carmer hill section I'll see what I can do .
