@Amanda G. I can definitely go into my savings for the money but do I put the money in escrow before they seller sign the contract?

I found a deal on a preforeclosure. The owner is requesting earnest money to be held in escrow before he sign “the agreement to assigncontract for purchase and sale” contract. What do I do from here. Do I find a buyer to fund the deposit even though there’s no sign contract?

Hi, I’m new to wholesaling. I’ve been contacting a few title companies in the South Florida area to close out a deal I just came across. Most of the companies is telling me that they don’t do double closing or work with real estate investors. Do anyone know of a title company that work with real estate investors that’s familiar with wholesale deals in the South Florida area?
