Is there something else you would recommend in order to get recompensated? Or any other way to build some leverage on this matter?
Thanks

I think is very reasonable because I'll be putting so much time and money into so atleast the seller can understand it. I think it's a very fair since I'll be a serious buyer. Please pm or let me know how to make it more efficient.
Thanks

I see but I am looking to purchase a property and just trying to mr proactive because I'm thinking about consulting my lawyer to put a clause in the contract before I send me offer in order to get my appraisal money back if the seller don't budge. I am very sure that if the appraisal comes low I will walk because in the real estate I have to make my profit when I buy.
Thanks Andrew

hello BP,
I am just curious to know how to structure a contact in order to protect yourself from low appraisal and also how to make seller responsible for fees associated with the appraisal cost in case they don't want to agree to adjust the price.
I am aware as a buyer you can alway walk but however the appraisal cost that a buyer paid for an appraisal is there anyway to get recompensated for it?
Thanks for any inputs.
