A lot of investors who are discouraged or frustrated with lack of inventory and soaring prices in Charlotte are flocking to Greensboro, especially for multi-family. You'll hear a lot of mixed opinions on that area, but there's a lot of attention due to inventory and ROI.
My company currently manages 13 units in Greensboro for just such an investor, and 11 of those units are in two multi-family buildings. I'm happy to set up a call and discuss your property and how we can help! I'll shoot you a PM as well.

Is there a specific procedure that is generally used for evictions in NC? If so where can I find that written out?
Also.. was told by an attorney that if the amount is under $10,000, you can file a summery ejectment form in small claims. Has anyone had experience with this?
I'm trying get down a system that is reliable in NC, so I can train future hires and not have to worry that they're trying to shotgun it.

You're only going to receive $500 in rent for a home you're about spend almost $190k for? That's a terrible deal based on those numbers alone. Maybe with more information it could get to sounding better.

Dillon, are you a full broker in Michigan? If not, are you eligible? It might be easier to get that and then transfer. I would call the Real Estate Commission here in NC first and just ask. Normally you can get someone on the phone in a few minutes.

Charlotte is going to be one of the toughest places in the country to break into wholesaling by yourself, but it can be done. I would suggest maybe partnering with a wholesaler that is already got some steam and investment, and just asking if you can pursue his leads for a flat fee of the closing profits.. that way you can expand their business, and take a small cut to make some money and most importantly, get an education on the entire process while not having to pay for it yourself. That's just my recommendation.
