I was going through the network tab and sending messages to members that lived in and around the Lincoln,NE area the message looked something like this
"Hi my name is Cody Schaaf I am a real estate agent in Lincoln I am putting together a real estate investment club in Lincoln was wonder if you would be interested in attending. if not what could I do to change your mind"
I have been banned from posting more messages. I felt it might be soliciting but I am not selling anything and I was not attempting to get their business with the above message. Will this mean I can no longer send messages through biggerpockets? Or what will my steps be to reinstate myself to be able to send messages again. I have sent BiggerPockets a question just curious what other people thought?
thanks everyone for the thoughts. I have looked into to them and have found there to be no investor groups so I'm going to get one going here.
thanks for those points. I am looking to work with flip/buy and hold single family homes.

I am a Real Estate agent in Lincoln, NE. I would like to set-up an investment club to go along with my investor seminars. This would help bring in leads for myself as I want to work with investors. I would envision a once a month meeting as place for investors to look at different deals, receive advice and just hang out with other investors. How could I market this idea? Is this worth looking into? Do other city around the country do something like this and how do the meetings usually go?
I am a real estate agent in Lincoln, NE. My goal as a real estate agent is to work with investors(repeat business) I want to do real estate investor seminars to get in front of and connect with investors.
The basis of the question was to see what type of materiel I would want to use to spark the interest of investors. or what kind of materiel I should use to conduct my investor seminars
I am currently am not an investor but I am learning through the book "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller and use that book as a spring board for my seminar presentations, but that is geared toward new investors.
I would like to make this seminar work for seasoned investors also. Does that help clear that question up?
I am a real estate agent in Lincoln,NE I want to connect with real estate investors one of my ideas is to pitch seminars to local investors. As investors what kind of seminar would you be interested in attending?
