Hi BP

I am currently looking for another property Inspector in the Metro Detroit area.  Need someone who is investor friendly, understands that the properties require rehab, but thorough with their reports.  As an out of town investor I rely on their data.

Happy also if a building contractor is interested in the work, even better if they can give scope of works for rehabs :)

I am an Aussie investor focusing on Michigan and Florida currently, and have found there is no really easy way to access lenders in the US apart from hard money which is quite expensive and unrealistic for long term.  Developing a credit rating will take some considerable time

There are a believe a couple of lenders (not banks though) that will look to lend to international residents but this is still equivalent to hard money finance, and rates albeit cheaper than traditional hard money, are still higher than mortgage rates
