wondering whats the best way to get answers for questions posted on BP ??? 

Hi my name is Lip, i have some guys that are ready to invest with cash in NY & NJ , i wouldn't mind bringing them some deals, but i have no time in my current job to search and work for that like a real wholesaler,

so what is the best way for me to find properties (in a easy & quick way) to profit from them together with the wholesaler that finds the property ?

Hey guys , whats the story with Jerry's program, searching around not even one positive review is found , on the other side i sow that myhousedeals.com a site working with thousands of wholesalers is officially marketing his program, on my question why they do so ,

the answer i got :"We can say that we have worked with Jerry Norton as an affiliate for many years now and have not received any complaints regarding his program" so does this mean anything ?

I'am new to the line, thinking that wholesaling is the right place to start since you don't need money to start with, but searching around trying to find out ,is it better to focus on foreclosed properties  or rather focus on properties in need of rehab  ?

Anyone knows where i can find a wholesale contract that works in new jersey ?
