Can you recommend a good real estate meeting/group in the San Gabriel Valley, California area. I'm a buy and hold SFR investor and focus in the San Gabriel Valley area.

I usually focus on the San Gabriel Valley areas, especial in the Azusa, Covina and Glendora areas.

What approach have you found to work the best?  How do you start out your letter?

Hello from Los Angeles.  I've been "lurking" around BP for a while and finally decided it was time to join and come out of the closet!  ;-)
