Thanks @Anthony Aguillard! Where do you suggest I find the real estate meetups? Are there any you are particularly drawn to? And it's insane the amount of information I've gotten juust from peeking into a few forums. Thanks for the insight!

Hey!
I'm so happy I found this site! I've been interested in real estate investing for as long as I can remember, but am just now learning and actively participating. In October of last year, I began renting my condo out as a vacation rental. I live near the Cowboys stadium so it's great! I attract folks from all over for games and big events like the Country Music Awards or NCAA Bowl Games! I'm glad to work in and around the real estate industry. I now want to begin real estate investing in the Arlington/DFW area and am looking mostly for networking opportunities and creative financing as I only work part time. I have savings and own my condo. I hope I can be of value to you all as well & I look forward to creating lasting relationships here!
