@Dustin P. any advice on how to figure the value of the dirt?  And what is scrape?  I keep seeing that but i thought people were misspelling scrap haha.

@John Teachout yeah. Most of the houses I find are not just bad windows or just a bad roof. It’s bad everything.

@KE Hodges I find that most sellers believe a weird layout is something that builds character so they are very strong on their high asking price which means I can’t buy it with enough room to flip it.

@Dennis M. Did messing with the lower floors effect the 2nd story at all? When you jacked up the floor did you have to redo any floor joist or subfloors?

@Jaysen Medhurst i actually have never heard of a 5th meter but yeah... someone has to pay for landscape lights etc

@John Teachout termites are scary bc you may not even catch it in the surface
