@Brant Richardson thank you for the input. The rumor is that the upstairs was basically closed off bc the insurance company didn’t want anyone from the upstairs unit pulling a mission impossible stunt to steal all the diamonds in the jewelry store.

I was in the upstairs once. It also looked like there was a small fire up there. I heard it was a one bedroom apart at one point in time but I highly doubt it. Looked more like it was a brother potentially.

What do you mean by multiple exit strategies?

@Mario Am great point. It’s definitely something I’ve thought of. I own two businesses and am trying to structure both so they run on their own without me being actively present every day.

@Carl Fischer he becomes the bank but I still become the risk taker. If I’m 5 years in and the buildings ac goes out and the roof starts leaking I’m still responsible for fixing weather I’m with him or the bank. I guess that’s why I don’t understand the benefit

@Carl Fischer I hear that term a lot and I'm pretty sure I know how it works.  What i don't fully understand is why it's so important?  Also, this guy is a multi millionaire that owns a lot of property.  I'm not sure the leverage to take to convince him that it would be a good idea for him.
