Hello BP community, My name is Long Vang and I just closed on my second investment property 4 days ago. I am trying to see if there is any investors in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area, new and experienced investors alike, whom will like to get together share their experiences, problems and tips, without being sold a course on the next best thing.

There are 8 of us that are going to open an investment account in which we all agree to put in 10% of all our in monthly income into it. This account is and will only be use for investments only.

So my questions is how should we set up this account and how will it affect us when it comes to tax time?

can anyone give an example of how to estimate the cost or price of a commercial multi-family propery. I know that the price is based on the current rent or potential rent, but how do i estimate the end price from the information?

I new in real estate investing and was hoping to start rehabing some houses soon but there 1 question I meed to be answer before i start. Do I need to have a permit for every rehab property?
