I think the Clarity.fm will work great for me. I have checked it out and what's great, is that I can invite partners that I have teamed up with to dial in as well! What a concept, I think you are right Tim, this will be the wave of the future, get your questions answered and, only pay for what you need. Thank you so much for introducing me to Clarity.fm I will be passing the word on to my fellow Wholesalers as well.

I attended a REIA club last night and received help from a Mr. Don DeRosa with contracts and paperwork. I am going to read what you have suggested and get started. As for where to start everyone last night wholesalers said start with post cards marketing so that's my starting point. I am also going to look for meetup groups in my area as you suggested. Thanks for you assistance it is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for replying to my post I really appreciate the assistance. I know the steps, I just didn't know where to find the contracts, paperwork I needed, and also where to start. Hello Everyone,

I am just getting started in Wholesaling, first manually to learn the business, then fully automated. I have my Real Estate License from CA, I am in the process of trying to get it transferred to GA. I have done a lot of reading and research on wholesaling, I feel, I know what to do, I just don't know how to do it. I need the contracts and scripts, so I can just get started, I am so excited! I am going to gaREIA this Thursday's Wholesale meeting, hoping to get some help there, does it matter which REIA I join, there are 2 in my area? Thanks Bigger Pockets for this opportunity. I look forward to learning from, and sharing with all of you, I am so glad I joined. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Loretta
