Michael, congrats! I own 1 LTR in NC. I utilize PayRent through We Pay portal. It is user friendly (for tenant and myself), you add transactions (fees) with notes and can download the ledger via CSV. I have used Rent Redi, and Voyager for screening in the past, all good options as well. I know others use and really like Buildium. I have a lawyer reviewed and approved lease agreement, it's about 27 pages. I have an account with Chase for all transactions regarding the house. Feel free to connect should you have any other questions!
Artfully,
Lorien
