Hey @Robert Renne, I'm about to go and meet with an attorney for the first time. I am currently looking for properties but don't own any rental investments, yet. I plan on bringing a copy of a potential lease I would use to make sure it covers what I need. Anything else I should bring with me or ask while I'm there based on your experience?

My name is Louis, and I'm just beginning the learning stage of my real estate path. I've been listening to podcasts and started an audio book. I live in the DC area on the Virginia side, but given the cost of real estate around me, I'm thinking about investing in nearby markets like Baltimore, MD.
I'm excited to learn from all of you as I get started in my RE investing journey!
