Does anyone know a contractor in the Hudson County, NJ area that can quote me to remove metal/Iron bars from several windows in a Multi-family home? 

This will be for new potential tenant who asked a question about scheduled extermination and if the landlord offers it for the property on a multi family.

I'm asking how a landlord will approach it and the percentage they will cover for exterminations for the property quarterly. 

How do you workout a regular extermination treatment in a multi family home? Would you split the cost with the tenants or fully cover it on a quarterly basis?

What property management apps do you use to manage your rental properties as a new investors?

My plumber is out the country but told me my main sewage is backed up when I showed him the mini flood in my basement entrance.
