If you’re a contractor in the Jersey City área interested in landing major work to renovate multiple kitchens and bathrooms. This Friday morning is the day.

After a walk thru I will be picking a contractor that offers the best packaged deal of quality and price.

Awesome sounds good. I sent you an email last night by the way. I wanted to start negotiating on the Duncan property since time is ticking.

The deal can make sense with a big credit and price drop in my opinion. Just don't know the potential cost and work ahead of me.

Ah ok that’s awesome and extremely helpful. I found a property literally a few steps away from the new campus NJCU is building in the west side of Jersey city near HackensackRiver.

It’s a 3 Bedroom and a 4 Bedroom. The basement also has some good potential. I’ll shoot you a message to share more details. Will love to pick your brain a bit more on your experience and goals.

I am somewhat familiar with the overall area of Jersey city but haven’t heard to many people in Jersey talk about university renting to students kind of strategy.

Seems like NJCU is aggressively expanding and a huge development project has been approved on the west side Jersey city area.

Just curious to learn more about ppl actually renting to students near universities; especially in jersey.

Does anyone have experience renting to students near a university in New Jersey? I would love to know more about your overall experience. I am looking at a rental property near NJCU.
