@Steve Vaughan Hey Steve, we actually stopped offering full-service listings a couple years back as it's not our core business. We do, however, offer a flat-fee listing service through New Western Realty (another sister company). That said, it is my recommendation that an investor hire a full-service agent that's actually going to work the deal as opposed to someone who's just going to throw it up on the MLS (that's what the flat-fee service is for).

Also, as an aside, we (Sherman Bridge) don't have any in-house appraisers.
