Do you flip houses as individual or as LLC?

Cons and pros of each approach in your opinion?

Some questions about adding (with permit) an extra bedroom:

- how much on average cost to get permits for an extra bedroom and how long does it take?

- how do you price the value of an extra bedroom?

Thanks!

You agree that nothing we can do about it now, correct?

Hello everyone,

after the close of escrow the buyer found out that the installation of the AC units has not been performed properly. It was part of the Request for Repair. We waived the final walk through, according to the buyer will. I told the buyer that there is nothing we can request at this point to the seller.

What are your thoughts about it?

Thanks!
